QUESTION / ANSWER

Problem is you don’t receive the range(s) you want.

That may be caused by two ways :

Misunderstanding in the countdown : Ranges are to be count down at the moment you order and since the last rush for the forecasts.
For the geographical area « World », that is the last but one rush of the numerical model at the moment you order,
For the geographical area « Europe » and « France », that is the last one.
Example :
« World »’s model is available one day at :
00h30 UTC for the rush of 12 UTC the day before,
12h30 UTC for the rush of 00 UTC this day.
So, if you order today in France at 15 h local time (13 h UTC in summer, 14 h UTC in winter), the available rush will be 00 h UTC today. To have forecasts at 20 h local times (18h UTC in summer, 17 h UTC in winter),ask for a 18 h ranged forecast (there is no 17h ranged forecast).

Wrong time on your PC : Your PC must be at the right time of the Time Zone you are.

See below for another else cases.

The delivered map is empty.

Maybe the area you have chosen is too small compared to the spatial variability of the parameter you want to be draught, so there is no way to have a map for this parameter. To test the map, ask for the wind, that is draught in any case by every point. For any other parameter, increase the size of the area or decrease the size of the grib (if it’s possible).
